Dried into my beard.

I am sorry.

Still, I wish you sweet dreamspace —
and hope, for me, that the tears
that dried into my beard
become dreams of salty seas

that lick my(our) lips.

(Never can I remember feeling this lonely while in a town strewn with so many for whom I hold love.)
